Knowledge
The growth of service industries and the increase in knowledge workers as a percentage of the workforce has meant that organisations need to understand the value of their knowledge and how to sustain it and leverage it to improve their performance.
We help our clients understand what they know (and don't know) and realise the value their knowledge can provide by using it to make better decisions, solve problems and innovate.
Some call this Knowledge Management, others just call it common sense. The problem is that sometimes common sense, isn't that common.
Information
There are two problems with information. Supply and Demand. We can suffer from a flood or drought with regard to supply but we can also make assumptions regarding the demands for information and miss out on leveraging current, accurate, internal, external and historical information to give ourselves a better chance of success.
We advise our clients on how to make it most convenient for people and organisations to cope, leverage, create, record, protect and share information with various stakeholders including colleagues, partners, clients, regulatory bodies and other institutions.
Collaboration
The term collaboration can have different connotations for different people. Some consider telling someone what they are doing as collaboration. For others it is an intimate partnership delivering something truly special.
We work with our clients on identifying the key areas where collaboration can greatly increase the chance of success.
We also help with defining the level of collaboration from basic two way communication, through cooperating with others, to true alliance partnerships.
Innovation
Through using our intangible assets of knowledge and information and taking a creative and collaborative approach, you can greatly increase the chances of doing something truly innovative and successful.
We work with our clients on pulling all these pieces together, aligned with the culture, vision and strategy of the organisation to give them a greater chance of success.
We don't aim to not fail. We aim to succeed!
